Oriel House - Cardiff
We were contacted by Seerclean UK Ltd to help them find a solution to a window cleaning access issue in central Cardiff. The windows were four storeys high and ran along a busy main road, reach and wash was ruled out due to the operator having to step into the main road and traditional cherry pickers would have meant closing the road. Dragon Access supplied a Teupen Leo 15GT which was tracked along the narrow pavement between the block of flats and the road. With only cm's to spare either side of the spiderlifts outriggers our IPAF operator was able to reach all the windows safely which were then cleaned by Seerclean UK Ltd.
Arnold Clarke - Birmingham
Dragon Access supplied a Teupen Leo 23GT to a maintenance company in Birmingham, working on a narrow grass slope to undertake gutter repairs on a car showroom. Traditional access platforms would not have been able to fit along the grass bank or cope with the slope.
New Build Office Development - Cardiff Bay
Dragon Access provided a Teupen Leo 23GT to the construction company responsible for one of the most environmentally friendly office developments in the UK. Plot 3D in Cardiff Bay has a huge atrium entrance and our tracked access spiderlift helped painters, cleaners and artists put the finishing touches to this fantastic building.
Office Block - Ebbw Vale
Dragon Access supplied a Teupen Leo 15GT to a cleaning company to undertake gutter cleaning at an office block in Ebbw Vale, South Wales. The building was surrounded by rough terrain and a pond but the Leo 15GT was able to move over these obstacles easily with its tracks and narrow width, whilst still allowing the cleaning contractors to safely reach a height of 50ft.
